Courte Biographie – Guillaume Déziel

Stratège derrière la légendaire mise en marché du groupe Misteur Valaire, Guillaume Déziel travaille aujourd’hui à la croisée des chemins entre les industries culturelles et le monde de la technologie, où il exploite notamment le potentiel disruptif de la blockchain. Depuis 2010, il est très impliqué dans les diverses réflexions politiques au sujet de enjeux du numérique sur notre culture. Il a en début de carrière œuvré dans le monde des médias et des télécommunications, notamment pour Radio-Canada, TVA et Bell Mobilité, où il a occupé le poste de Directeur du développement des affaires, acquisition et distribution des contenus francophones. Professeur à l’école Musitechnic de Montréal, il enseigne à temps partiel l’Actualisation Web et l’Édition musicale.

Strategist behind the legendary marketing of the Misteur Valaire group, Guillaume Déziel currently works at the crossroads of the cultural industries and the world of technology, where he exploits the disruptive potential of the blockchain among other things. Since 2010, he is deeply involved in a variety of political reflections on the digital challenges of our culture. At the beginning of his career, he worked in the world of media and telecommunications, namely for Radio-Canada, TVA and Bell Mobility, where he held the position of Manager of business development, french content acquisition and distribution. On a part-time basis, he teaches web updating and music editing at Montreal’s Musitechnic school.
